Stephen Brock is a proud native of North Carolina and Maryland citizen. Working with partners and third parties across the southeast, he leverages an extensive network capable of placing and executing new, multi-family housing development transactions.

Prior to joining the tax credit and real estate development industry, Stephen worked for Bank of America in the Finance group. Here he managed enterprise financial forecasting and reporting for a $50MM operational group and a $1B suite of projects.

Stephen earned a BA in Finance from Wofford College and an MBA in Finance from Wake Forest University.

He is married to Suzanne E. Dorsey, PhD and Assistant Secretary of the Maryland Department of the Environment. They have two children and reside in Annapolis, MD.
